We are in such an exciting time as more and more studies and research prove numerous benefits of yoga and yoga therapy has began to be recognized as a complementary healing modality to Western medicine. Yoga is a philosophy and lifestyle, and science—it’s an accessible tool to improve health, understand the mind, and connect with our own healing power. My passion is to assist people become aware of the power they already have within them.
